An introduction and overview to growing fruit trees, berries, nuts, and other perennial foods that continue producing over several years in Central Texas. From planting to TLC to harvesting, this course will introduce you to everything from the gorgeous spring blooms to harvesting fruit in the fall for pies and jellies. An A-to-Z primer on fruit trees and more. Basics book provided to students. Intermediate level.

ONSITE: Instruction Class. Taught third Saturday of September, October and November from 3-5 p.m. (2 hours). $45 per student.
