To celebrate National Bicycle and Preservation months we will open Pioneer Farms to bicycles. All visitors are welcome to bring their bike and "Ride Through History." With an exhibit on the Iron Riders, Buffalo soldiers who tested the bicycle as a replacement for the horse in the U.S. Army, and a display of antique cycles and riders in costume, courtesy of the Wheelmen, a national cycling history organization.
