Working leather was a valuable skill on the Texas frontier, and you can learn how to
treat, trim and turn leather into belts, bags and other items. This hands-on class offers the basics, and our expert tanner will show you several techniques to hone your skills on a small take-home project.

ONSITE: Hands-on class. Taught the first Saturday of January, March, June, September, October and December, 10 to 2 p.m. (4 hours). $75 per student. Materials provided. Minimum age to enroll is 18.
