Learn the basics of how to play a signature musical instrument in Texas and elsewhere during the 19th century: the banjo. This two-hour onsite class taught by resident picker Thom McNeil will give you the basics, so you can get started to strumming your way through Texas history at home.

ONSITE: Instruction Class. Taught onsite the second Saturday of June-November, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (2 hours). $75 per participant. Banjo required. No previous experience necessary.
